Manufacturing Of Skeleton Components
First, we carefully craft the girder, which is the skeleton of the semi-trailer and carries the main weight of the entire vehicle. We use advanced equipment and processes to ensure that the girders are strong and durable and meet safety standards.
Next, we make the box panels, which we usually call the carriages. After the box board is erected, it forms the loading space of the semi-trailer. We strictly control the size, shape and material of the box board to ensure that it is strong, durable and suitable for transporting various goods.
At this stage, we will also install the lower plate (1), which is an important part connecting the frame and tires. We focus on the stability and load-bearing capacity of the lower plate to ensure the stability and safety of the semi-trailer.
Surface Treatment And Painting
In order to improve the anti-corrosion and aesthetics of the semi-trailer, we will perform shot blasting to remove rust and impurities on the surface.
After shot blasting, we will use a high-pressure water gun to clean the semi-trailer to ensure that there is no residue on the surface.
We then apply anti-rust paint and topcoat to the semi-trailer to enhance its corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Our advanced spray painting technology and uniform color ensure that every semi-trailer looks its best.
After painting is complete, we will install the lower pan (2) again and inspect all mounting hardware to make sure they are solid and reliable.
Debugging, Coding And Factory Inspection
After the semi-trailer is assembled, we will conduct detailed debugging work, including checking the braking system, lighting system, steering system, etc., to ensure that all functions of the vehicle are normal.
We will assign a unique VIN code to each semi-trailer, which is the vehicle’s ID card and is used to trace the vehicle’s identity and manufacturing information.
Finally, we will conduct strict factory inspection to test and evaluate various performance indicators of the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle meets national standards and customer needs. Only vehicles that pass the inspection can leave the factory for sale.
